Sanjay Dutt and R. Madhavan joined the film in July 2024. Arjun Rampal and Akshaye Khanna joined the cast later. Sara Arjun was chosen as the female lead. R. Madhavan plays National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, while Ranveer Singh portrays a RAW agent.
